Westlake Ace Hardware, one of the largest hardware retailers in the United States and headquartered in Lenexa, Kansas, partnered with CVP Productions—also based in Lenexa—to develop a new employee welcome video.

This video was designed to warmly introduce new hires to the Westlake Ace Hardware team and culture of dedicated employees. At the heart of Westlake’s philosophy is the belief that their associates are their greatest asset. They value each team member’s uniqueness, talents, and strengths, and actively support their growth and career aspirations.
